About Me
Hi there! I’m Birinder Aujla, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve spent more than 25 years working in childcare and children’s education, and for the last 15 years, I’ve been dedicated to the incredible world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My passion has always been helping children grow into their fullest potential—and discovering the science behind ABA was the moment everything clicked for me. I knew I’d found my calling.
I started my ABA journey as a behavior technician, learning from every child, family, and mentor along the way. Today, as a BCBA, I feel grateful to continue doing what I love. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with families in their homes, building strong and trusting relationships as they begin their ABA journey. Whether it’s toilet training, bedtime routines, expanding food choices, or navigating big transitions like entering the school system—I’ve been right there supporting parents every step of the way.
I’ve also helped families understand IEPs, explore what services their child can receive, and make sense of how each service supports their child’s growth. In addition to home-based work, I’ve served as a BCBA within school districts. Being part of IEP teams has given me valuable insight into the legal side of services and the chance to collaborate with educators to create the best possible learning environments for students.
Every experience has strengthened my belief in compassionate, child-centered care—and I’m excited to continue making a positive impact, one family at a time.
